🔁 Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
Item must be unused, in original condition
Item must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Items without original packaging
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you of approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refund method:
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → refund via bank transfer or wallet
For prepaid orders → refund to original payment method
🚚 Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping cost is paid by customer (unless item is defective or wrong)
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos/video as proof
We will offer replacement or full refund
🔄 Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
